Recently we were contracted to complete another exciting project for SEA LIFE Manchester, following our work with their marketing team in 2018. To mark the exciting move of Little Grey and Little White the beluga whales, SEA LIFE Manchester contracted the Marvel at Everything design and signage teams to design a beautiful 20-foot wall within their centre.
In 2019 SEA LIFE TRUST will move the female belugas from Changfeng Ocean World, China, to the trust’s brand new Beluga Whale Sanctuary – a secluded Icelandic bay that the pair will call home. More representative of their natural environment, this brand new Beluga Whale Sanctuary has been in progress for many years with teams of professionals from organisations from around the globe and is a pioneering step in the conservation of captive whales and marine creatures.
Our design team creating a stunning piece of art to transform SEA LIFE Manchester’s wall, telling the story of the beautiful whales’ journey and detailing the importance of conservation activities like this. Not just for Little White and Little Grey, but for their species and the species they share a natural habitat with. Once completed, our signage team took over. Surveying the site and carefully printing the finished print, the team fitted transformed the wall in a single morning before the centre opened to the excited public.
