Today we installed a fantastic new media wall at Manchester Victoria train station on behalf of our client Northern. Handling the whole process from start to finish, we designed, produced and installed the brilliant new wall as part of Northern’s never-ending efforts to improve their customer service and help make every passenger’s journey as enjoyable as it can be.
Sitting in the main foyer near the travel update screens, ticket offices and information stations, the wall directs passengers to sources of guidance around the station and reaffirms the company’s values surrounding customer service.
